Here’s the Dreamy Soundtrack to Netflix’s Gunpowder Milkshake

There’s no bad time for a badass action movie. That’s my stance, at least. And it seems like Netflix knows that too, as the streaming giant has just dropped Gunpowder Milkshake, a hyper-stylized action movie starring Guardians of the Galaxy and Doctor Who star Karen Gillan in her first true lead action role. The movie, which plays out like some sort of hybrid of John Wick and Kill Bill, is an absolute blast—and like most great action movie, features a memorable soundtrack to set its action sequences to.

Even aside from Gillan, the movie’s cast is impressive. While Gillan plays the lead hero of the movie, she’s got quite a few familiar faces around her; Angela Bassett, Michelle Yeoh, Carla Gugino play a trio of assassin “aunts,” she’s known her whole life, while Lena Headey plays the mother she hasn’t seen since her youth. If you needed even more incentive to watch, Paul Giamatti plays her new handler, a morally compromised man named Nathan; of course, he aways makes everything he’s in at least a little bit better.

We know the reason you’re here, though. If you were watching this chase scene, or that gun fight, or just had no idea of what that catchy song that came on during the movie’s end credits was, well, we’ve got you covered. Below, you can find the complete list of every song used in Gunpowder Milkshake. This dreamy, pop-based soundtrack has a bit of everything, but most importantly it works well with the movies’ sleek aesthetic.
