Viewers couldn’t help but laugh after on-and-off again couple Lana and Ron both had their heart rates raised the most by other people.
The infamous segment made its return and saw the Islanders strip down to sexy ensembles and do their best to try and set hearts racing.
But the results left fans shocked after Ron had his heart rate raised most by the new girl Claudia and Lana’s most by Casey.
