Confirmed! It’s Salman Khan Vs Akshay Kumar as Inshallah clashes with Sooryavanshi on Eid 2020

Gotta say, fans were both euphoric and torn because they knew, now they’d have to pick sides between Salman and Akshay. But it was shortlived! As it turns out, Rohit Shetty has decided to move the release date and prepone it to avert the clash with Inshallah. In fact, the Bharat star has taken to Twitter to announce it himself. He wrote, “I always thought of him as my younger brother and today he proves it… #RohitShetty.
Sooryavanshi releasing on 27th March, 2020.”

Talking about the film, Katrina Kaif reunites with Akki after a gap of 9 years. They were last seen in Tees Maar Khan. Meanwhile, after the 10-12 days long Mumbai schedule, Akshay and Rohit had head to Bangkok to shoot the actor’s introductory scene. Next, the cast and crew of Sooryavanshi will be present at Ramoji Filmcity in Hyderabad followed by a brief shoot in Goa.

Meanwhile, Inshallah sounds promising because Salman and Alia will be seen romancing each other and for the first time. A source close to the film said, “The locations under consideration are Haridwar, Rishikesh and Varanasi. The crew was contemplating on several places, including Europe, but settled on the US after several rounds of recce. Salman and Alia will be there in winters.” In the film, Salman will play a businessman in the mid-’40s while she is an aspiring actress. “The character is reminiscent of his turn in his 1997 romcom Jab Pyar Kisise Hota Hai. Alia plays a 20-something aspiring actress. All the factors, including age gap, have been taken into consideration,” the source added. Stay tuned to BL for more updates and scoops!
