Taylor Swift won’t have a focus on Fearless (Taylor’s Version) for upcoming major award shows!
The 31-year-old songstress will instead make her December 2020 released album Evermore the center of attention.
Billboard just reported that Taylor won’t be submitting the first of her re-recorded albums in any categories at both the Grammys and the CMAs.

“After careful consideration, Taylor Swift will not be submitting Fearless (Taylor’s Version) in any category at this year’s upcoming Grammy and CMA Awards,” a Republic Records rep told Billboard. “Fearless has already won four Grammys including album of the year, as well as the CMA Award for album of the year in 2009/2010 and remains the most awarded country album of all time.”
Taylor will be submitting Evermore in all eligible Grammy categories, and by not submitting Fearless (Taylor’s Version), it will allow voters to focus on Evermore and not have to potentially split their votes between the two.
At this year’s Grammys, Taylor‘s first quarantine album, folkore, was up for two awards, Album of the Year and Best Pop Vocal Album, winning AOTY for the third time.
Taylor currently has 11 Grammy awards and 12 CMA awards.
