The event, commencing on July 26, will reward farmers who have implemented innovative farming methods.

Stalls will also be allocated to farmers free of cost to market their products.

Tamil Nadu Farmers Association Joint Movement president P.K. Deivasigamani emphasised the need for reaching out to youngsters and educating them on the importance of agriculture and farming.
