Fire breaks out on Manipur varsity campus
The office of the Assistant Director of Sports, Manipur University, was gutted in fire late on Saturday night, police sources said. The initial suspicion was that the fire was connected to the 40-day-old agitations demanding removal of the Vice-Chancellor. However, the Manipur University Students Union said it had nothing to do with it.
