Excise officers on Thursday arrested Hakkimuddeen of the Perumbuzha Ellukuzhi colony here and seized 30 small packets of ganja from him.
The arrested, who had been peddling ganja near various colonies in the area, was under surveillance by the department following a tip-off.
The raid was conducted by a team led by Kollam Excise Circle Inspector I. Naushad.
