Mysuru Warriors hold Talent Hunt

Mysuru Warriors has concluded Talent Hunt, a grassroot programme for KPL 2018. It was conducted over two legs in Bengaluru and Mysuru.

The Mysuru edition of the talent hunt saw 240 aspirants prove their capabilities. These included 70 batsmen, 82 all-rounders, 68 spinners and 15 wicket-keepers.

Bengaluru’s Just Cricket academy in Yelahanka witnessed 250 youth trying out for a spot in the Mysuru Warriors. They included 75 medium pace bowlers, 50 spinners, 60 batsmen, 55 all-rounders and 10 wicket-keepers, a press release said.

Of these players, two will represent Mysuru Warriors at the KPL 2018.

“Every year, we receive a tremendous response from Karnataka’s cricketing community,” said Arjun Ranga, Owners, Mysuru Warriors.
