Unidentified persons broke the wind shield of former Member of Parliament P. Kannan’s car parked on Kamaraj Salai and stole Rs. 24,000 in cash, an ATM card, PAN card and other personal documents on Wednesday night.
According to the police, Mr. Kannan along with his driver K. Sivakumar, had gone to a jewellery on Kamaraj Salai after parking the car. When they returned, they realised the theft.
