A woman was killed and over 40 passengers sustained injuries when a private bus overturned at Palachiramadu near Kottakkal on Saturday.
Prabhavathi, 57, from Valanchery, died at a private hospital where she had been rushed to.
The police have registered a case against the bus driver.
