Signing up for long term wellness

Gitanjali Devshala celebrated International Yoga Day by enriching students’ knowledge with the history of yoga and its benefits.

Perched on colourful mats, the students demonstrated different
asanas
to keep the body fit and flexible, and the mind calm and focused. The students and teachers performed an array of
asanas
and breathing exercises. “There was a lot of enthusiasm and all of us have vowed to make yoga a part of our daily life,” said Tejaswini Uma Sudhir a class X student.
