What is Brain fatigue? Tips for reducing Mental fatigue

The Mental fatigue is the feeling that brain just won’t function right. The people often describe it as brain fog.

Brain fatigue is a common problem that affects many people in today’s fast-paced and demanding world. It can be caused by a variety of factors, such as stress, lack of sleep, and overwork and can lead to a lack of motivation, unhealthy coping mechanisms, irritability, stress, irregular sleep patterns, and the  change in appetite. It also affects the relationships and daily life that lead us into a cycle of racing thoughts, rumination, and over thinking.

Mental exhaustion can affect you for both short the  term or long term. If left unchecked, it can lead to all sorts of the serious health problems, including  the anxiety and burnout.

Mental fatigue is result of the overactive brain. It can happen when you expend too much mental effort on the projects or tasks.

Symptoms of Mental Fatigue

Treating and coping with the mental exhaustion
