The Thane Crime Branch seized an AK-56 rifle suspected to have been part of the arsenal smuggled into the city before the 1993 serial bomb blasts. Police seized the cache from the Goregaon residence of an alleged aide of Dawood Ibrahim, and arrested the aide’s wife.
