Carol McGiffin exploded with rage live on air on today's Loose Women.
The 59-year-old panelist lost her rag while trying out destruction therapy in the studio.
Andrea McLean explained that her co-star was an "expert in letting little things wind her up" and had been dubbed "the angry lady".
Hitting back, Carol said: "I am quite angry but I'm no lady, so it's a little bit annoying when he says it. I just wish I wasn't so angry."
Andrea suggested she could try destruction therapy, which releases emotions associated with traumas and intense activity activates receptors in the brain's reward centre.
Lying in wait for Carol on the floor in front of the desk was a punchbag and a tennis racket.
Andrea told her: "You've got to let loose. Get the tennis racket and basically whack the bag as hard as you can. You can either pretend it is somebody or something that has made you angry."
After Nadia Sawalha shouted out " Brexit ", furious Carol picked up the racket and started smashing the punchbag repeatedly.
To get her even more angry, Andrea read out a list of her hates, including climate change protesters, the news, over familiar cold callers, computerised phone operators, overpacking and litter.
Incensed Carol wouldn't stop as health and safety, censorship of any kind and politicians were added to the list.
She screamed and started whacking really hard when Nadia called out "mismatching bra and knickers".
Carol kept going as the show went into an ad breaks and got rid of all her pent up anger.
It seemed like the destruction therapy was a huge success, but Jane Moore was not a fan.
She said: "That's not getting to the bottom of why you're angry. It's giving you an outlet for your anger. But it's not tackling why that happens. It's almost encouraging it."
*Loose Women airs weekdays on ITV at 12.30pm
