Love Island presenter Caroline Flack has revealed which couples she thinks will stick together on the outside world.
Speaking to Fabulous magazine, Flack said that Josh and Kaz make “total sense” together, but expressed doubt about Wes and Megan.
However, she suggested that just because some of the couples from previous Love Island series haven’t lasted, it doesn’t mean their relationships were a failure.
“It just means that it didn’t work out in the long run. Just like a lot of relationships,” she said.
She went on to describe show favourites Jack Fincham and Dani Dyer as a ‘genuine’ couple, praising Jack for wiping out any concerns Dani initially had about him.
“She was worried about how many relationships Jack had been in and that he’d cheated in the past, and what he’s done is completely secured her,” she said.
“And they’ve now got to that lovely point where she feels completely comfortable with him, and it’s just been that gorgeous way a man can make a woman feel really secure.”
Flack recently split from her fiancé Andrew Brady after just three months of being engaged, and she explained that she doesn’t fear being single at all.
“When I was younger I did, because people tell you that you have to have done this and that by a certain time – you should have kids by this time and you should be married – and we’re kind of taught that by books and fairy tales,” she said.
“But actually as you get older and experience life, you realise that it’s not about that. I’ve got older and I’ve definitely learned that some of my happiest times have been when I’ve been on my own.”
Love Island airs tonight at 9pm on ITV2.
