Elton John has been vacationing in the French sunshine of St Tropez in recent months with the likes of Dame Joan Collins and Liz Hurley.
Now the Your Song hitmaker has been pictured arriving on his yacht to be greeted by an entourage of celebrity guests.
Keeping to his usual bright fashion, Elton sported a colourful floral patterned shirt, teamed with Gucci blue shorts and trainers.
He accessorised with cross dangly earrings and a pair of large red and black sunglasses, as he walked on board the yacht alongside his husband David Furnish.
The couple’s sons Zachary and Elijah also gathered on their father’s yacht as celebrities followed suit.

Reflecting on his career during the final performance, Elton emotionally explained: “I’ve had the most wonderful career, beyond belief. Fifty-two years of pure joy playing music, how lucky am I to play music?
“But I wouldn’t be sitting here if it wasn’t for you. You bought the singles, albums and CDs and, more importantly, you bought the tickets to the shows and you know how I love to play live.
“It’s been my lifeblood to play for you guys and you’ve been absolutely magnificent – thank you.
“I will never forget you guys. I’ve played so many concerts, how could I forget? You’re in my head, and my heart and my soul and I thank you so much.”
He also confirmed he will “never be touring again” but he didn’t rule out a “one-off thing” sometime in the future, but not for a while yet.
David previously spoke to Metro.co.uk about how much Elton’s family miss him while he is away touring.
He said: “It’s always hard saying goodbye. You’re saying goodbye to a long commitment of time because it’s a bunch of shows that are planned six months, 12 months in advance.
“It’s hard. I really miss him. The boys really miss him. He really misses us. He’s had enough of that. We’ve had enough of that. Now it’s time to spend more time together as a family.
“We could not be happier and more excited about it, and a lot of people would say, ‘Oh, you must be really emotional’, but at the end of the tour, he and I both sit at the table and go, ‘We can’t wait to be a family’.”
