As Rebecca Loos has once again spoke out about her alleged affair with David Beckham, following the release of his Netflix documentary, Kerry Katona has shared her thoughts that there is 'no need' to be digging up the past.
The former Atomic Kitten star, 43, has spoken openly about her own turbulent love life and sympathises with the Beckhams, particularly his wife Victoria.
Taking to her weekly column, Kerry said: "Rebecca Loos has spoken out again about her alleged affair with David Beckham, and accused him of “portraying the victim”.
"I don’t have any sympathy for her. She’s asking him for an apology but, if it did happen, then they were both in the wrong. David and Victoria have moved on and got through it, so why keep bringing it up?"
She continued: "I’ve been cheated on, and it’s awful, so I know how it feels. But the Beckhams did get through the allegations, so we should let them be."
Kerry, who is now happily engaged to Ryan Mahoney, has previously spoke about how being cheated on in the past 'still affects her'.
While David's recent documentary, Beckham, is a candid look into the former footballer's career and addresses his alleged affair with Rebecca – which he has always denied.
Hitting back in an interview with the Daily Mail, Rebecca has shared her irritation over the documentary, nearly 20 years later, watching him talk about the 'difficult' media attention he faced because of it.
She said: "It's all, 'poor me'. He needs to take responsibility. He can say whatever he likes of course and I understand he has an image to preserve, but he is portraying himself as the victim and he's making me look like a liar, like I've made up these stories.
"He is indirectly suggesting that I'm the one who has made Victoria suffer."
Rebecca, who now lives in Norway and is married with two children, also made it clear that she wishes the story wasn't brought up again in the documentary.
Despite Rebecca, who is a former glamour model, making the allegations so public at the time, Victoria and David stood strong together and vehemently denied any infidelity.
