Sophie Turner and Joe Jonas became embroiled in a bitter custody battle over their two children: Willa, three, and Delphine, 14 months.
As a result, the Game of Thrones actress and Jonas Brothers frontman started a four-day mediation last week, and a temporary agreement has been made for the rest of the year.
In a joint statement shared with US Weekly, the pair said: “After a productive and successful mediation, we have agreed that the children will spend time equally in loving homes in both the US and the UK.
“We look forward to being great co-parents.”
According to the court documents obtained by TMZ, the daughters will be staying with Sophie from 9 October to 21 October.

During this time, Sophie is also allowed to travel throughout the US and the UK.
Their daughters will then be given to Joe on 21 October and will stay with him until 2 November.
Custody will continue to be handed off between the two of them until 7 January 2024, with Joe having the girls for Thanksgiving and Sophie at Christmas.
The mediation came after Sophie sued Joe for the wrongful retention of their children.

Sophie claimed that Joe had been withholding their passports to prevent their return to England.
In a complaint filed against the musician, Sophie’s lawyers called for “the immediate return of children wrongfully removed or wrongfully retained”.
The court documents state that the former couple had made England their permanent residence in April 2023 due to a desire to have their children attend school in England.
Amid the court proceedings, it was decided that the couple’s two children would temporarily stay in New York, with Sophie staying at pal Taylor Swift’s apartment.
Joe began the drama when he filed for divorce on September 1, with Sophie allegedly learning about the divorce filing with the media on September 5.
The joint statement at the time read: “After four years of wonderful marriage we have mutually decided to amicably end our marriage.
“There are many speculative narratives as to why but, truly this is a united decision and we sincerely hope that everyone can respect our wishes for privacy for us and our children.”
Although an agreement on where the children will stay has temporarily been reached, Sophie and Joe have not yet agreed on where to hold their divorce proceedings.
